According to a recent study on the planning of the Palestinian resistance’s “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation against Israel on October 7, Israel was tricked by an elaborate conspiracy in which Muhammad Al-Deif was involved.

According to the Israeli website “I-24 News,” the preparation for the operation stemmed from a decision in which only two people took part: Muhammad al-Deif, the head of staff of the “Al-Qassam Brigades,” and Yahya al-Sinwar, the leader of “Hamas” in Gaza.

According to the investigation, the project’s mastermind was Al-Deif, who revealed that he began planning the operation when settlers took Al-Aqsa Mosque in May 2021, and the subsequent attacks on Muslims.

According to the website, the guest has previously challenged Israel to end its “crimes” against Palestinians, including violations against prisoners and the policy of stealing Palestinian territories.

Deception Plan

According to the study, Al-Deif’s plan was kept secret, and no one knew anything about it. “All Iran knew was that there was planning for a large operation without any details about it,” the report says.

Al-Deif’s plans concentrated on persuading Israel that Hamas has shifted its priority to economic development in the Gaza Strip through a variety of initiatives, most notably its recent request from Tel Aviv to increase the number of Palestinian workers from the Gaza Strip who work for Israel.

According to the website, these actions gave cover for Al-Deif to continue training the fighters in public.

Hamas has denied having Iranian assistance in coordinating its armed operation.

Al-Deif was born in Khan Yunis in 1965; his real name is Muhammad Al-Masry; and he joined Hamas in 1987, during the first intifada.

On Saturday, October 7, Muhammad al-Deif, the Commander-in-Chief of the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military arm of the Palestinian Hamas movement, announced the commencement of Operation “Al-Aqsa Flood” to put a stop to “Israeli violations.” “The strike,” said Al-Deif in a statement. The first employed approximately 5,000 missiles and shells to target enemy installations, airports, and military defenses.”

Yesterday, Hamas was able to capture and deport an unknown number of Israelis, including troops and officers, to Gaza.

According to Netanyahu’s office, “the security cabinet officially approved the initiation of the strike on the Gaza Strip, in response to the Palestinian Hamas movement’s launch of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood.”

The Israeli army launched Operation Iron Swords, which included significant raids on Gaza as well as fighting with Hamas terrorists within settlements.

On the other hand, Israeli planes began raids on Hamas targets in the Gaza Strip, and the Israeli government announced on Sunday, October 8, that it had activated Article 40 of the Basic Law, meaning that the country had formally entered a state of war.
